Return Policy

Please make sure you have read our Shipping guidelines to get all the info you need for returns and refunds. We accept returns for full price items that are unworn with tags attached within 5 days for Sri Lanka, for international orders it is 14 days.

As a small business we ask you please to return your garments as they have been delivered to you, please bare this in mind when ordering.

• The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

• The original shipping cost is non-refundable 

• Gift cards are non refundable.

• Hobo Beautiful is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered postal services and take note of your tracking number. 

Hobo Beautiful reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
